30 DAYS RETURNS

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return your products within 30 days of delivery date. Please contact us through email support@jacfit.com or through our Contact Us page. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*For products purchased during the promotion period, the refund amount will be refunded according to the actual item amount of your order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REPLACEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jacfit.com for instructions on how and where to send your defective products.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved and set to be refunded, the cost of return shipping to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
